My mission is to help you discover your strongest, healthiest self through personalized fitness, nutrition, yoga and mindfulness practices.

Personal Story

My passion for wellness and fitness stems from personal experiences of resilience and growth. Over the past decade, I’ve faced challenges like hormonal imbalances and emotional trauma, which taught me the importance of sustainable health practices. Today, I use my knowledge and empathy to guide others in creating meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.

Although my journey to this point wasn’t straightforward nor without its challenges, I’m here to tell you that it’s possible to thrive despite it all!

Formal Training

I am a certified nutrition and fitness coach, a yoga instructor and an NLP master practitioner and trainer whose passion for holistic wellness has grown and evolved for over the years from hatha yoga, to embodied yoga and now holistic wellness coaching. It has been a long and adventurous ride but I found my purpose, learned self-discipline and grew self-confidence in my skills and knowledge in the process.

I have built my strategy to ensure sustainability for myself as well as my clients. I will teach you how to build discipline in mind and body while having fun and building confidence, too!

You can book a discovery call with me here and we can can explore how we can work together on your wellness goals.

The first discovery call we have will be you to understand what my approach is and for me to understand what your goals are and if I’m the right person to help you reach those goals.

The 12-week package starts with an in depth in-take form, which will help me get a full understanding of your health background, your lifestyle, your goals, challenges and aspirations. Post that once we both agree to work together, we will have an onboarding consultation/coaching call of 75 minutes where I will delve deeper into everything you have shared and give you strategies, run you through your fully personalised meal plan and workout plan. Post that we will have a 30-minute check-in call every week which will be an opportunity for us to course correct, and address any challenges. I will be available on WhatsApp throughout your journey as well!

The minimum commitment I ask from you is 12-weeks as that is the basic amount of time we need for anything to become a lifestyle change and show results.
