The 12-week package starts with an in depth in-take form, which will help me get a full understanding of your health background, your lifestyle, your goals, challenges and aspirations. Post that once we both agree to work together, we will have an onboarding consultation/coaching call of 75 minutes where I will delve deeper into everything you have shared and give you strategies, run you through your fully personalised meal plan and workout plan. Post that we will have a 30-minute check-in call every week which will be an opportunity for us to course correct, and address any challenges. I will be available on WhatsApp throughout your journey as well!
